In the morning trading session, JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: JASO) went up by 0.09 points or 1.68%. The stocks had opened at 5.280, traded at a high of 5.45, and stood at a low of 5.280. An announcement was made today that it has entered into an agreement that to obtain 100% of the Shanghai Jinglong Solar Technology Co., Ltd shares from Ningjin Jinglong PV Investment Co., Ltd. Through the acquisition, an approximate of 58,706 square meters of buildings and 206,590 square meters of land. According to the agreement, JA Solar will acquire Shanghai Jinglong Solar Technology Co., Ltd for cash of US $29.3 million. This will increase the ability of JA Solar to expand further the operations of manufacturing to support clients ever increasing needs.
